Root Canals

Root canals are done when the pulp (the nerves and blood vessels) inside your tooth get injured or infected, usually due to deep decay or trauma to the tooth. Your dentist will clean out the infected pulp tissue. After cleaning out the pulp tissue, they will fill the empty space with a special material to seal it up.

This procedure clears up the infection and relieves your toothache and saves the tooth from being extracted.
